Changes the sound both items loop while IDLE with a more subtle one.

Description
As a new player, I got rapidly annoyed by the constant "beep" that Robotic Sledge and Turret make while active, but IDLE. The mod simply swaps that sound with another used in the game files.
After looking for something similar, I couldn't find any working mod, so I decided to make one and upload it in case someone wants to use it too!
