Increases vehicle speed to as fast as the game will allow. Default schematic, crafted at workbench. There are two super chargers:
Vehicle super charger: High speeds for all ground vehicles.
Gyrocopter super charger: Not as fast as the other, allowing it to work. If you put the Vehicle super charger on the gyro it won't fly.
Note: There is a limit to vehicle speeds that cannot go higher. I don't know how to change the hard cap so this is as fast as it gets
