Adds PiP Scope support to vanilla weapon variants created by Harrys New Calibers. PiP Scopes now work on all calibers!
This took 8 hours of my life to slog through. And I kinda started to lose my mind half way through due to the lack of naming convention adherence in Harrys New Calibers.
