Tries to fix error when generating traders list.

The Radio in the trader area will work as a NPC.
If you have visited 2 or more traders, you can use it to travel to them.
Each trip will cost 1000 dukes. You can adjust the value in the blocks.xml file.
Requires EAC off. Sometimes the radio may fall of the table.
Old saves don't have a radio at the trader. Try this before installing the mod:
Enable Debug Mode.
Go to the trader area.
Press Shift+F6.
Select test_POIReset. This will reload the prefab and should add the radio.
