This is a player made custom POI for use in 7 Days to Die. The POI is a Tier 5 build compatible with commercial districts that supports infested, clear and restore power quest types. This build is compatible with random world generation and will appear in your newly generated game world when installed, or when placed manually in an active world.

This is a faithful recreation of the iconic location that appears in Resident Evil 2 Remake, to the best of my ability.
In this build I have painstakingly recreated the exterior and interior of the iconic Raccoon City Police Department as seen in the remake of Resident Evil 2. Some aspects have been slightly altered to have them fit within the 100x100 plot size limitations, and some areas aren't as polished as I would like as I am limited with the block shapes available. I plan on updating this POI a few more times before I consider it a finished project so bear with me as I make the final alterations.
The floor plan follows the Resident Evil 2 Remake as closely as possible, with interior furnishings and placements as faithful to the reference material as possible, though I have taken some liberties to fill in where needed. In this POI I have included some modded objects, like the iconic statues seen in the game, as well as some smaller deco pieces for flavour which can also be picked up by players and placed in their own bases.
Bundled with this build is an earlier build; GunShopKendo, which in universe is situated just behind the RPD building, so I thought it would work well pairing them together. I plan on expanding my Resident Evil builds in future, with locations like the Apple Inn, Orphanage and other iconic locations.
Please do leave feedback pertaining to bugs, missing textures, enemy spawn rates and placements and any other issues you may encounter, so that I can act on these as quickly as possible to make this POI the best it can be. Enjoy!
