Epic and Legendary Weapons for more and longer FUN!

Permissions and credits
The Mod brings Epic and Legendary Weapons in the Game.

U can only find the Weapons from looting.

added:

- AK47 (Epic)  4% to Shock Target
- M4A1 (Epic) 4% to Shock Target
- AK47 (Legendary)       8% to Shock Target
- M4A1 (Legendary)      8% to Shock Target

All stats are improved

Server side friendly, meaning client does not need to download this!
