A custom trader's settlement, set up in the form of a pawn shop. Unlike the other trader settlements, there are no high walls and barbed wire fences, and it's open all hours. It should work and be found in RWG, but can also be spawned in the Debug Menu. I've not placed it into Navezgane, so as to keep things clean.
I can make a version that fits in with the other trader settlements and resembles them more closely, if there's demand for it, but I made this just for myself and thought some folks might appreciate it.
