Since they added in the ultra and ultra+ shadows in a20 there seems to be a performance bug in some areas whilst playing especially on sunrise 4:00 and sunset 22:00 fps can tank by anywhere from 20 to 50 fps. (in the pictures take note of the GPU usage not the FPS as its capped at 60.)

This mod simply edits the the high shadow option within the Assembly-CSharp dll to have the same shadow draw distance as ultra+ which is 300ft but without the extra cascades added by the ultra+ option, from benchmarking i only saw a 3 fps drop from using default high setting which is 120ft compared to my edited high setting of 300ft and the game looks night and day better, also can see no noticeable difference to the default Ultra plus and my modded version .
YOU NEED TO USE THE HIGH SHOWDOW SETTING INGAME NOT ULTRA OR ULTRA +
Note this also comes with fixed TAA which makes TAA work as it should.
