Pipe weapons and magnums have long reloads, and to be honest, they are not fast even with the perk open. This mod will fix that. For example, with an AK47, the reload speed will be the same from the start of the game as the reload speed when the vanilla perk is fully opened. This will allow for a true high-speed reload experience when the park is unlocked.
