***CAUTION when updating to 0.04 or above not that the block size for the generatorbank_maxfuel_2 has changed and it could create very problematic conflicts if it is in your game world, picking it up so its in your inventory should suffice for being able to upgrade. AS always backup your save game before updating.

Localization.txt and localization.bat
run the localization.bat to add information from the localization.txt to the game allowing in-game descriptions to be seen.

TO DO/WISH LIST

1. Add a tool engine for the auger and chainsaw to override the small engine to differentiate it from the vehicle engine. (probably do this in the Power Series 2 for the items that require power series 1.
2. Have a craft_area that can be carried like a kit?
3. Replace the models for the generator maxfuel 1 and 2
4. get unique models for the generator upgrades.
5. get unique models for the battery bank upgrades.
6. add in enhanced fuel
7. see if there is the capacity to have a moving power source on wheels.(can be modelled as a static object that doesn't move, but I want it to move!)
8. add items to loot tables and make defunct versions of my additions
 9.balance changes!
