When you start a new game you get 1 Carrier Paper and 2 Hobby Paper.
You can Craft them and you need to read the book to learn what you choosen.
You can also buy The Jobs and Traits For 10 skillpoints.

-Carpenter [Slightly More Harvest from Ore/wood]
-Chef [Slightly Faster Cooking]
-Veteran [Slightly Faster Reload]
3 Hobby:
-Gardener [Slightly Harvest more Crops]
-Brawler [Slightly More damage with hands]
-Runner [Slightly Faster running]
In the future there will be more Jobs and traits added!
