Add a new spear that becomes a power attack in the secondary action

Description
Have you ever found it a bit inconvenient to go all the way to retrieve a thrown spear? Maybe this mod will solve the problem. This mod adds new spears of stone, iron, and steel that you don't have to throw.
Install
Unzip the downloaded file and put the entire folder in "\common\7 Days To Die\Mods"
Note
- Primary attack is the same as a throwing spear, but a delay is added to the power attack.
- Power Attack multiplier set lower than when throwing.
- Stone Heavy Lance has a slight increase in required materials.
- Iron Heavy Lance is unlocked at "Javelin Master Lv.1"(or Schematic) and Steel Heavy Lance is unlocked at "Spear Hunter Vol.3", respectively.
(i.e. the same as vanilla)
- Heavy Lance has "Javelin Master" perk for attack power, etc.
