This mod changes terrain stone gravel and ore veins(Not Surface Ores) into the indestructible bedrock to prevent players from digging giant holes on the map or digging deep underground to hide their bases.
This is a SERVER SIDE mod so client side download is not required.

Since the terrain stone generates approximately 4 blocks deep from the surface some digging is still possible but limited to about 4 blocks deep. Both Gravel and all types of ore veins have also been made indestructible to prevent further digging.
This mod has changed how mining works. All Surface ores to include stone boulders have significantly increased resources since they are now the only way to mine ore directly. After they are mined they are set to respawn in 5 minutes real time( Can be adjusted, edit the growth timer in the blocks.xml). Stone has also been added as a resource from digging dirt and the amount of stone received from other resources has been increased. You are also still able to craft the terrain stone and gravel blocks but they do NOT receive the indestructible benefit that the natural terrain stone and gravel does.
To Compensate for the changes (durability of surface ore has been increased from 600 to 5000) the Art of Mining Completed perk has been changed from having a 20% chance to one shot an ore to now having a 20% chance at doing 10x damage. Exp gained from mining has been reduced as well or else the changes would cause excessive exp gains. (These changes are for balancing purposes and can be removed/adjusted to suit your needs)
This mod should help reduce and/or prevent people from making deep giant holes on the map as well as prevent/mitigate people from hiding deep underground.

This mod will only take effect after it is installed and will not revert/replace any stone, gravel, ore veins or boulders that were already destroyed prior to install.
There is also an alternate version were only stone is indestructible and gravel and ore veins are able to be mined and boulders don't respawn.
