Adds recipes to clone schematics from 1 piece of paper. Covers all existing schematics as of A17.1 b9.
No perk or attribute requirements, since all you're doing is copying.
Each recipe only requires 1 piece of paper and the schematic to copy, and does not need any workstation. Fastest way to find the recipe is to select the schematic in the inventory UI and look at the recipes that require it. Schematics don't stack in the inventory, so it will drop outside if you don't have space in your inventory.

Known issues:
- The description of the recipe is for using the schematic rather than for crafting the schematic, so it mentions requiring Yeah Science level 1/2/3 even though there are no such requirements. This is something I have no control over.
