Would love to see a shovel or pick axe icon on the waypoint maybe replace 2 of the lesser needed ones. like the fork and spatula there is already a knife/fork.

I believe this mod has been abandoned. No response from the creator. Anyone know any other waypoint mod with color features for better visibility? This mod is pretty much dead.

Nope, it wasn't. And it still works with A21.2 experimental, as I just tested it.
This mod is not EAC compatible, so you need to turn EAC off!

EAC is disabled, and I use SMXui. It appears there's a compatibility issue with version 21.2, whereas SMXui is at version 21.1. I've found a workaround: when I create a waypoint, I encounter a console error. I choose to ignore it and proceed to add my waypoints until I'm finished, then I exit out of the console error. If you're interested in the specific error, you can find it in roguephoenix69's message.

'Object Reference not set to an instance of an object' is the error I'm getting. I just loaded my server and the error doesn't happen which is weird.  When I'm in single player, this error is happening. Any reason why as EAC is disabled on client and server? The client is running 21.1 and the server is on 21.1 I would believe since I'm able to log in.

SMX seems to have added their own version of "more waypoint icons".
Therefore SMX mod will not be compatible with this for the time being!
I've updated the main description page to indicate that incompatibility!

Broke my map icons, turning them into gray flags and breaking the UI. Removing the mod did not fix it so I'm gonna have to do a clean reinstall.

FIXED: If you are using the mod launcher and not vortex it will mess up. Just make a mods folder in your game folder and place it there and it will work.

Sadly I installed this but all it done was copied the existing icons and put them in a line straight down the screen. I did see a color change option but it wouldn't even save the color. Had to uninstall afraid it would break my game.

Getting an error with SMX.  I changed the name as suggested, and it functions, but throws an error saying something to the effect hat the icon is not associated with an object?  I can get the exact message if needed.  Also, it seems that after renaming the folder for load order, some of the icons disappeared.  Is there something else I should do, or messed up?

When SubQuake added several waypoint icons to Undead Legacy, I was instantly spoiled and found myself hoping someone would do the same as a standalone. Then I found out about your mod!

Thank you so much for creating this; it's made a huge difference in vanilla and Darkness Falls with how I keep track of favorite POIs, excavated chests, the waystations I've built, Blood Moon forts, and my ore mining pits.

Quite a useful mod for those who like to organize everything on the map. Combines well with "Declutter Compass" which hides the icons on the compass.

Unfortunately, I can't figure out why the color picker works so weird. It is either set as expected, or a completely different color than expected, then the color of the text and the color of the icon are different, or in general the color is a strange mixture of colors from the new one and the previously selected one. Not sure if this is a bug or am I doing something wrong?

I'll stay at v1.0.0 for now, hopefully I'll be able to use the updated functionality later.

Hello, I have been pleased with your mod for a very long time, now I am releasing my own "mod build", I would like to use "your modlet" in "my build - Back to Origins", can I get permission to Use it? What conditions should I fulfill?

As long as my mods stay in its intended folder (with the original name or at most slightly prefixed to achieve loading order), I have no issue with anyone re-releasing any of my mods; given proper attribution at the most convenient point and leaving all other copyright notices in place. E.g. if you add your own scroll credits, that would be the place, or if you only manage to have credits in a readme, that is also fine. Only expectation is that you don't try to hide original authorship and that you contribute fixes or changes back to the original repository on GitHub.
