About this mod
This mod overhauls the attribute-based skill system into role based one and adds new unarmed skills. Play as a survivor capable of crafting and constructing tools and settlements, a soldier relying on weapons and military gear, a thug out for loot and pillage, or a mythical kung fu master whose punches cause people to explode.

7 Days to Already Dead contains rebalanced skill trees and custom combat system that are not compatible with the modified skill tree systems in the newer versions of 7 Days to Die. See the link above for a lite version that adds an updated compatible version of the unarmed system without overriding the new much nicer skill tree system.
In the year 20XX...
The earth was engulfed in nuclear flames... and zombies.
It is a world in which no living thing seems to be left.
However, mankind hasn't died...
What is this?
This mod asks the question:
What if the zombie apocalypse came with a style of mythical kung fu, able to cause bodies to rupture with the slightest touch?
This mod adds devastating unarmed attacks, capable of shattering skulls, hammering through steel walls and causing struck enemies to explode from inside out. Additionally to facilitate this the previously existing attribute trees have been reorganized into role-based skill trees: Play as a chaotic desert raider, just out for loot and pillage, a survivor just looking to build tools out of iron and walls out of cardboard, a soldier relying on his training to survive the wasteland, or a master of a secret fighting style that strikes the hidden pressure points, causing the body to tear itself apart.
So what are the new skill trees?
The old attribute trees are replaced with:
Postapocalyptic Protein Diet

Is this a cheat mod?
I prefer "fun mod". It does get pretty ridiculous, so adjust your difficulty accordingly.
I did want the mod to be balanced and challenging, but there is only so much you can do when your punches literally make the enemy explode. The mod is definitely somewhat easier than vanilla, due to adding new skill options and sorting the skill trees into almost independent play styles instead of abilities you pretty much must take.
