Made it so you can put it on any Armor. Chest, Feet, Gloves, Head, Legs. But only 1 effect stacks.

Makes it so you can put on either Chest or Legs now. But only 1 effect stacks. Loot Bag Drop might be bugged working on it now. Hopefully soon can be fixed.
