This mod allows you to make dry reinforced concrete blocks that you can pick up and move until the final layer of steel is applied. It uses the exact amount of ingredients that a wet concrete block does after it is upgraded to a reinforced concrete block. It can speed up construction time considerably. The recipes that are included do not require the use of a cement mixer.
