The mod might not obviously make a difference for some people. I personally saw less stutter in my pre-existing game world as well as a smaller gap in frame drops 59-60 instead of 56-60.
I recommend playing your world for a bit before you install the mod to see if you notice a difference. If you don't notice any change then its fine to remove the mod or return the file back to default just to ensure it wont ruin anything so feel free to do that :p

I left instructions on how to install the mod data in the .ReadMe file after you download. This is not a server side thing its editing your personal game files so that the game takes less resources from your CPU/GPU
IMPORTANT!!!
Having this mod installed prevents you from playing on EAC protected servers. only use for singleplayer or with private co-op servers.
