Version 1.1 Released! 7-10-21

The gyrocopter received a total overhaul from it's original state. It should be much easier to take off / land and control, as well as some additional quality of life control changes like brake / turn speeds and an adjusted drag factor.

Please report any bugs you may find! I am also open to new mods per request currently so fire away any ideas you'd like to see in-game!
Enjoy! :D

Overview

This mod aims to make vehicles seem better suited for their price and also more realistic by increasing the danger with speed. Most vehicles received pretty substantial buffs to speed , aside from the bicycle which only gained a small amount of max speed. With this, the mod also makes vehicles much more susceptible to significant collision damage (IE. head on collision with concrete walls) and zombie attacks. This was something I had wanted from the start with vehicles in 7d2d and I feel it really fills that gap.

This is also my very first mod that I have published so I am still learning the ropes; please feel free to leave suggestions and of course let me know if you encounter any issues! Enjoy :D

INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS

If this is your first time setting up a mod in 7d2d, first you need to find the directory where you have 7d2d installed. If you are on steam this is inside of your steamapps->common folder. It should look something like this when you are there:

NOTE: you will not see the mods folder if this is your first time**

Now you want to create a folder titled: 'Mods' in this directory. THIS IS CASE SENSITIVE so it must be exactly 'Mods' (without the quotes)

Once you have done that, all you need to do is download my mod from above, unzip it, and drag the folder titled "Hank's Vehicle Tweaks"  into your new Mods folder. Then you're good to go!
To uninstall this mod, all you have to do is remove my mod from your Mods folder and it will be removed from your game.
