Adds a block that increases a chunk's HeatMap considerably to attract Screamer Zombies. This is so players can make a less laggy screamer zombie farm. No more placing a bunch of campfires/torches/forges to achieve the same goal! It is craftable from level 1!

Does your server have to limit how many forges, campfires, torches players can place?
Does your server sometime gets really laggy when some idiot decides to put down 50-100 campfires and fires them all up just so they can farm screamer zombies?
Well this here is a solution for your server!
This modlet adds a special flower planter to your server that when placed in the world will increase the heatmap of a chunk within 2-3 minutes real life and starts spawning screamers! To stop them from spawning just pick it back up and wait 1-2 minutes! It's that simple! The block has increased durability of 20K so even if exposed it can take damage the zombies deal out. But you'll have to repair it before you can pick it back up. The repair material is just plain old Concrete Mix!
This modlet is completely server side only! No need for players to download them! This modlet will also work for singleplayer/client side!
Just extract the files and stick them into the Mods folder, just like any other modlet!
If you are familiar with XML editing you may alter it to fit your server's needs better. However, DO NOT increase the HeatMap* settings! Any increase will stop it from working. I have set it to the fastest and the longest settings without it breaking. You may alter the recipe as you see fit. It is adjusted to my server's needs at present. We do not want it too cheap, but available to all. We wanted it expensive enough so that players don't want to just abandon it. Also it is made so ANYONE can pick them up in the wild so players will surely be picking them back up. (we hope)
