Made for Alpha 18 (b155)

MOD:
This mod adds a Barbwire "roll", similar to Constantine wire.  It looks a little rough (especially with the A17), but it seems to function properly.
Note:  The Barbwire roll can't be walked through, due to the pillar model that was used to create it.
(Something with A18 made this item even less functional.  I may add this back, if I can figure out how.

Blocks that were unable to have "Advanced Rotation" (Spotlights, Turrets, etc.) now have that option.

Although turrets can have advanced rotation, their targeting doesn't work correctly if not placed base side down.

The Junk Turret doesn't function like the other turrets, so that can't be placed the same way.

(Experimental)  There's an optional replacement file, which allows for non drive-able vehicles to be placed on slopes better in creative mode.  I don't know if it affects vehicles generated by the game, because I haven't found one on a slope yet.

Crops, other than mushrooms, still need to be planted as you would normally.  I don't know how to change that.

Oddly enough, trees can be planted on their side, but have to be on the top surface of soil.

Compatibility:As usual with 7DTD mods, any other mod that changes the specified .xml file(s) won't be compatible.
