Alters items.xml to add an action to the right-click (Action1) for murky water jars, allowing them to be exchanged for empty jars. Player must be focused on a natural terrain block (water, ground/dirt, stone, sand, gravel, snow, asphalt). Does not put water into the environment (no puddles).
