This is 20 Minutes Till Shade, which is a ReShade (adds minecraft optifine-esk shaders) preset, custom designed for 20 Minutes Till Dawn. (Install Instructions are in the description)

(Install instructions)
1. Download and Install ReShade (https://reshade.me/)
2. Launch ReShade and browse to wherever your 20 Minutes Till Dawn exe is installed
(Likely C:\Program Files(x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\20MinuteTillDawn)
3. select "Microsoft DirectX 10/11/12" and click "Uncheck All" then "Check All"
4. Wait for Reshade to install then download the file included
5. Then place the file into C:\Program Files(x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\20MinuteTillDawn
6. Launch 20 Minutes Till Dawn then wait for ReShade to start, and press the "Home"
button and skip the tutorial (or read it if you need to)
7. Press the button on the top of the ReShade menu where it says "ReShadePreset" and set it to "20MinutesTillShade"
