Proper Ice Belt in Vapour Stream System - DeVries

Mod is savegame compatible and can be removed / added anytime.
Game version needed: 4.00 / 4.10+ - using it in any older build may cause errors!
Ice asteroids distribution in Molten Archon in DeVries is really strange. They happen in small clusters and very scattered all over the place.
With the current vanilla mining script, it makes mining ships waste a lot of time slowboating to many different locations doing nothing.
I have always liked far-away Vapor Stream system location, in my opinion it makes perfect locale for the ice-oriented operation - being in a constant shadow of the huge planet that blocks the sun.

For better framerates, or if you don't like the nebula effect, please use this version of the mod.

- adds Proper Ice Belt with nebula in the Vapor Stream system in DeVries.
- Makes it much easier for players, who would like to run ice-oriented ops, without the need to wander all over the sector.
