I saw people having trouble with other extraction tools because of missing files (.NET 4, Python, etc..) so I've released the version I made. It uses .NET 2.0 for compatibility as most people have it installed already.

Usage:
You can just plop the exe in your XR folder and run it, files will be extracted to an XR_ext folder underneath your XR folder
e.g. If your X Rebirth path is C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\Common\X Rebirth
The extracted files will be in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\Common\XR_ext

Or for command-line pros:
XRCatExtract.exe [extraction path]

If you don't specify extraction path:
Cat file: files will be in <catpath>_e/ <br>XR path: files will be in <xrpath>/../XR_ext/</xrpath></catpath>
