Important Stuff first. These are the customization mods I had active while creating these characters:
-Capnbubs' Accessories Pack
-Custom Face Paints
-Mod Everything
-Ravenmores Digital Camo Patterns
-Customizable Secondary Weapons
-Diversefacepaints
-Custom bandanas - Armor Colours/Pattern
-WA'sCustomGear
-[LW2 Cmp] XCom 2 International Voices Pack
-Fancy Dress Party

I play Long War 2 with these, as well as a few other mods, and they appear fully compatible.

Flavor stuff:

-There are 43 total characters included in this pool. I'd like to add more, but I have some self-imposed restrictions that make that difficult.
-I limited the character pool almost exclusively, if not exclusively, to characters active at the beginning of Fellowship. Therefore, you will NOT see the likes of Alatar and Pallando, who are presumed missing or dead, nor will you see Gil-Galad, who perished in the Second Age.
-I DID include characters from non-primary media (e.g. Lord of the Rings: The Third Age videogame).
-The races of Middle Earth are placed by XCOM nationalities I felt were befitting. So, for example: humans in this pool are typically from the Americas. While Gondorians are U.S. citizens, the Rohirrim are of South American descent (generally Argentinian).
-Following the above, some characters may be altered to better represent their nationality in-game. So, for example: Éomer, being Argentinian, has darker features and speaks Spanish.
-I took a few subjective liberties with the characters as well, based off of popular (or occasionally personal) opinion.
-I did not include summaries for any character, as there is plenty of media available regarding them already.
-The 'bad guys' are auto-selected to appear either as enemy VIPs, or as recruitable soldiers.
-The assigned classes are mostly placeholder, although I did typically choose a class I felt was representative of the character.
