Adds Somalia as a country for character customization without replace anything else. Thanks to Arno for sticking with me for 12 hours and making it with me.

This is currently in testing phase. As far as we know there are no problems but that is not a guarantee.

Do not save any characters in your pool with this as their country. If you uninstall the mod, the likelihood of things breaking is very high. Also, you are probably safer starting a new campaign rather than adding this mod to an existing one. Right now, once you uninstall a mod it is impossible to load a save that was using that mod. This is not any mod makers fault, but simply the way the game works right now. If you have any problems, please message me with as much info as possible.

To install, simply extract the mod into your ...\Steam\steamapps\common\XCOM 2\XComGame\Mods folder.
