How to Install :
- Download the file
- Unpack it
- Place 'Sinners.bin' in 'C:\Users\Username\Documents\My Games\XCOM2\XComGame\CharacterPool\Importable'
- Go to Character Pool from the main menu
- Import Sinner Character Pool
