He just wanted to go to his shack and get drunk, but these things keep getting in his way.  He's already saved the world once, he can do it again.  I left him open as a rookie so you can train him however you like.  But seeing as how he's the up close and personal type, and his idea of hacking is to poor scotch in a computer, I think Sharpshooter and Specialist are not the best choices for him.

To install just unzip the file, and move the .bin to the Xcom2 importable folder.  Default location on Windows:

%userprofile%\Documents\my games\XCOM2\XComGame\CharacterPool\Importable

Then launch Xcom2, select Character Pool, then Import Character, then RJ MacReady and you're good to go.
