This list contains over 100 characters from the GI Joe cartoons and comic books. Also includes some Oktober Guard and a few Cobra characters as Dark VIPS. Some of the characters use items from the capnbubs accessories pack which can be downloaded here http://www.nexusmods.com/xcom2/mods/116/?.
It is recommended that you download it to get the full experience however its not necessary.


Installation:Unzip the file and place 'GI Joe.bin' in 'C:\Users\(your username)\Documents\My Games\XCOM2\XComGame\CharacterPool\Importable' Start the game and go to the Character Pool from the main menu. Click on import character and the GI Joe list should be there. Pick and choose which characters you want or import them all.
