With over 90 characters!

After just playing MGSV and building an entire army of soldiers its hard not to relate Xcom 2 to MGSV so I thought it would be perfect to make literally every character in metal gear. all of them selected to appear in the game in ways that makes sense. the many scientist that exist in the lore of Metal Gear will only appear as VIPs, Engineers, and scientist. some of them I took some liberty with like Otacon for example because I thought it was fitting to have him on the battle field hacking things with his drone. of course all of this is easy to edit if you download it.
