What the X-Com resistance was really missing was leadership - brave men, charismatic men, men with white powdered wigs. Utilizing stolen alien tech from a Blacksite outside of Washington D.C., the resistance have developed a way to bring back all of the former presidents to lend their strengths to the effort.
