About this mod

With this mod SW Red Fog penalties such as aim and mobility will last until the end of the mission and cannot be healed by medkits, sodlier will penalties remain healable. Red Fog is activated when Armor HP is depleted. Aliens can have a discrete amount of armor HP.

With this mod SW Red Fog penalties such as aim and mobility will last until the end of the mission
    and cannot be healed by medkits, sodlier will penalties remain healable.
    - Penalties apply only when the unit's armor HP is depleted
    - Without editing DefaultGameCore Aliens do not have armor HP and are debuffed as soon as they take damage.
    - Captures should be easier but still dangerous.
    - In Long War, damaging but not killing Outsiders and other regenerating aliens is not useless as before.
    - This mod is compatible with LeoKian's All-In-One Gaussian Red Fog (http://www.nexusmods.com/xcom/mods/502/) and
      should also be compatible with similar mods as long as they do not modify the XComGame.XGUnit.SetUnitHP function.
    
    
    I advise using LeoKian's mod to adjust the gaussian parameters ( I use 8 for both values )
    because aliens get too heavy penalties when hit.
    
    Known issues:
        The penalty debuff icon disappears from the unit information window when HP is at maximum.
