About this mod

A Small mod that makes sense to my tastes. This does not make the game easier just makes a bit more sense.

Requirements
Permissions and credits
Changes a few things.

1. Arc thrower in pistol slot, Stun range increased to 7 tiles, Gives Ranger perk (Stun chances decreased to make it balanced).
2. Aliens/Ships give more fragments, alloys, elerium (only a bit more you still can't build everything).
3. Autopsies changed to 2 of every enemy. Instead of 5/8.
4. Thin man spit range decreased (no more sniper acid attacks).
5. Repair/rearm times changed for interceptors (transfer-12h/rearm-12h repair still takes longer but not as insanely as long.
6. Fatigue reduced, Injury times slightly can't go getting hit with plasma and putting a band-aid on it.
7. Aiming modules i.e. Scopes give slightly more aim bonus not op (best played on classic/hard)
8. Armor weight reduced, and protection increased slightly.
9. Start game with 25 engineers/scientists
10. Civilians have 5 hp (So drones can't kill them so fast).
11. Rockets slightly more accurate.
12. All units have a reaction chance of 15%, Just enable itchy trigger tentacle to make it fair. -also requires game restart/ will only affect new recruits
13. Satellite facilities enhanced so no more 4x4 setups.
14. Meld containers stay accessible for longer.
15. Sawn-off Shotgun range increased to 3 tiles (be careful damage falls of as well).
16. Increased some mission timers.
17. Psi gift chance a bit higher.
18. Gene mods and Psi training take less time. (but not so quick as to be trivial).
19. Some foundry projects costs/ bodies decreased some increased.
20. 10 spots for Gene/Psi/Augmenting
21. Facility power increased to 25/50/75
22. Sky-ranger capacity increased to 8 -Requires game restart
23. Some items weight reduced.
