In Long War B15E, Van Doorn and Zhang are given free perks; but this can cause a conflict if you choose to take a class that already gets that perk. They loose out on the stat bonuses as well as the choice on what to take in that tier. This lets you set an alternate perk in the case of the conflict.

In Long War B15E, Van Doorn and Zhang are given free perks; but this can cause a conflict if you choose to take a class that already gets that perk. They loose out on the stat bonuses as well as the choice on what to take in that tier. This lets you set an alternate perk in the case of the conflict.
Download the file. At the top is a config section which will let you set the ID of the perk you wish them to get in the case of a conflict. You can see the available options by looking at the Perks section here: http://ufopaedia.org/index.php?title=Dev_Console_%28Long_War%29
Install via PatcherGUI from the UPKUtils utility here on Nexus
NOTE/WARNING: This is built for B15E. It uses a somewhat rude method of completely replacing a function. There are no guarantees that this will work on any future versions if the Long War team decide to change that function.
