This texture mod adds face paint, face tattoo and mask to facial hairs. For LW or EW.

Use dark hair colors for face paint (hair color 13), face tattoo (hair color 14) and mask (hair color 12).

If someone can help me enable some of the facial hair options for female soldiers
so they too can use face paint, face tattoo and mask.
