I've finally added the Celebrity Name List I use in my XCOM: EW - Impossible Ironman - Long War mod series.

Installation
Locate your Steam library or wherever you have XCOM: Enemy Within installed and follow the path below to the Config folder

SteamApps
common
XCom-Enemy-Unknown
XEW
XComGame
Config

Make a backup of the existing DefaultNameList and then replace with my version, done :D


Notes
Names are not gender sensitive and are frequently applied to the wrong gender, there is no work around as most nationalities surnames in the name list are gender neutral, Polish and Russian soldier names should be correct though due to both nationalities have gender sensitive surnames
Names are not nationality or race sensitive forcing the nationality would make the list heavily American weighted leaving other nationalities baron so i have left it as is
Has not been tested with XCOM: Enemy Unknown
When using with johnnylump's Long War mod (why wouldn't you?) and updating from one version to another, following the recommended "Verify Integrity Of Game Cache" on Steam, remember to re-install this name file as the process will delete it
