Enlarges the Perk Tree to up to 3 choices per rank
Allows customization of the size and shape of each class perk tree
Customization is performed by single value hex edits
This mod requires XCOM ToolBoks for installation
Version 0.91 Release:
-Fixes bug that would prevent future promotions if perk2 (left-hand side) perk was chosen
-Should be compatible with existing savegames started with this mod active
-Can be installed over the top of 0.90
