Fixes a bug introduced in 1.10 where the rudder steering sound would play ALL THE TIME. It would often keep playing even after that boat had stopped moving. 1.08 you basically never heard the sound. This mod strikes a balance between the two, so you'll hear the steer sound now and again without it being a constant grating annoyance like in default 1.10 and above.

Bug appears to be here to stay. Still not fixed in 1.22.

Works with 1.31, 1.30, 1.22, 1.21, 1.12, 1.11 & 1.10

Just unzip the contents to your <Witcher Install>/mods folder. Create a mods folder if you don't already have one.
