Neutral Gwent Cards
Have you ever wanted to build an awesome deck without faction restrictions?

this mod makes all cards that are not hero cards neutral, so you can put them in whatever deck you want. 

Compatibility-
This mod modifies gameplay/items/def_gwint_cards_final.xml and is not compatible with any other mods that modify this file. if you want to merge this change with someone else's mod, i can help you with that if you send me a message.
