Active Learner v1.02
==================

Learned skills and perks are always active and do not need to be equipped.

This mod will work with savegames, already learned skills will be active but missing some bonuses, passive perks will not work (eg. Survival Instinct). You will need to either upgrade your skills (if they're not maxed out) or reset them with a potion of clearance.
I did not test every skill, but everything seems to be in order, please report any bugs you may find, in detail :)

UPDATE:
1.02
- Updated for Game patch 1.10
1.01
-The Mod Manager didn't like the readme file so I removed it, it should work now.
- Fixed a minor bug with 'Synergy' skill.
- Minor tweaks to avoid potential bugs.
- Added an optional 'Nerfed' version, where general bonuses for skill trees are added just once per skill.
ex: Default bonus for Signs tree is '+0.5% stamina regen', and is added for every skill level, the 'Melt Armor' skill has five levels so that's '+2.5% stamina regen', now you get only +0.5% for every skill learned regardless of level, same goes for Combat and Alchemy trees. (Skill tooltips will still show the default bonuses, but Character stats will reflect the correct values)

CDPR forums thread:
http://forums.cdprojektred.com/threads/56396-MOD-Active-Learner

This mod makes changes to:
..\scripts\game\gameplay\ability\PlayerAbilityManager.ws
..\scripts\game\quests\conditions\questPlayerSkillLevel.ws
and will not be compatible with other mods that change these files.

Installation:
Unzip the 'mod_ActiveLearner' folder into '~your game folder~\mods\' folder, create it if it doesn't exist.

Uninstallation:
IMPORTANT: before you remove the mod, use a potion of clearance to reset your skills, save your game and exit.
Delete the 'mod_ActiveLearner' folder from the 'mods' folder.

Game balance:
Obviously this mod will mess with the game balance (but not much to my surprise), so playing on harder difficulties, or using game balance mods will probably make it more interesting.
If this bothers you, this mod isn't for you, so just relax and let others have their fun ;)

Future plans/ideas:
- Skill overhaul/nerf will help with balance.
- Using skill slots for mutagens, and creating a mutagen synergy system.

Finally, as i have so little time on my hands, updates will probably not be so frequent, so modders are free to update, enhance, or add to this mod.

Thank you CDPR for a beautiful game, and for giving us a chance to change what we hate about it ;)
