After completing the first playthrough with the Witcher 3, I wanted to start anew. However, I was not at all interested in collecting the Gwent cards again, and as I mostly played Northern Region, I felt like it was time to switch and swap classes for some more interesting Gwent games. I enabled the developer console and imported a save file from Nexus Mods and went ahead and gave myself a lot of Gwent cards.

With that in mind, I installed the Developer Console mod and Imported the save file from here.

The list of cards are from this page:

http://www.mmo-game.eu/witcher-3-all-gwent-cards/

At the time of writing this description it seems to only contain 173 cards, and there are a total of 190 if I recall correctly. So this list is probably not a full list of all gwent cards, but should give you a head start and prevent the stupid collecting of them all. Nor can I guarantee that I might've missed one or two cards in the list.  In order to ensure we are talking about the same set of cards I have uploaded the full set of cards here in case the above page gets edited.

The save file as it is currently:

Currently the save file imports all settings from the save file uploaded here. The difficulty is Sword and Story, in hindsight, it would be better to choose the highest difficulty and let the user lower it as they will, additionally to letting them simulate their own save. But uploading it for public distribution was not something that came into my mind until later. However, if you're in it for the achievements and cheating, the infinite money mods and god mode modes are elsewhere.

As for the story, you begin with a clean slate at the Inn in White Orchard. You have done the first Gwent game at the Inn and have had your first encounter with the Gryphon and played through the tutorial. As mentioned, this is my second play through, and I just wanted a head start with Gwent as it would be cumbersome to collect them all again. Additionally, Gwent does come with minor spoilers if you have not played the game before, so I recommend against starting out with this save file for the first time.

I cannot speak for any compatibility issues. It works fine for me, and I apologise if it does not for you, or if you were hoping to get the achievement easily--that was simply not my goal.

Lastly, you may have some unintended duplicate cards, I figure they are not very harmful or bothersome.
