Moves buff icons to anywhere you want, now with in-game menu sliders.

A simple tweak to the HUD that moves the buff icons to pretty much anywhere you want. I've added a text file with recommended values in the folder you download. The sliders are under HUD configuration.
Installation:
1. Unpack the downloaded folder.
2. Copy the folder modBuffsPosition to <gamedir>\mods. For example:
- C:\GOG Games\The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt\mods
3. Copy the folder bin to your game directory. For example:
- C:\GOG Games\The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt
If you are asked to overwrite a file click yes.
Uninstall:
1. Delete modBuffsPosition from your mods folder
2. Go to <gamedir>\bin\config\r4game\user_config_matrix\pc. For example:
- C:\GOG Games\The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt\bin\config\r4game\user_config_matrix\pc
3. Delete buffsposition.xml
Special thanks to svaalbard. I looked at the files of his FOV mod to implement the sliders.
