About this mod
Mod that unlocks all skill and mutagen slots from level 1 so you don't have to level-up to equip your skills. Works in conjunction with lower XP thresholds.

Changes the skill and mutagen slot unlock levels to level 1 so you don't have to level-up to equip your skills.
As of yet, this only works in conjunction with NEW save-games. It won't unlock them for old saves. I think doing this would require hex editing the saves themselves - if anyone wants to let me know how to go about doing this, it'd be much appreciated :)
Always back your files up before modifying anything. Modded files are listed in the download.
