Before you comment saying. "Oh this mod doesn't work". Yes it does. The screenshots are proof of it working. You either didn't install it correctly, or you're in an area that this mod doesn't affect. Not all areas are covered.
I deserve no credit for this, it is not my work.
I have received permission to upload it so it's now up on the nexus again.

The original mod can be found here in Optional Files (it requires 1.21/1.22 game patch with Ultimate Lighting Mod): No Cutscene Lighting it has since been integrated into ULM.

This isn't my mod so I'm not actually going to upload it, instead I'll just link the thread that has the mod so you all can download it.
I felt like other people might want this, it's pretty hard to find. But a very good mod in my opinion, and deserves it's own page.
It really helps with the beard not matching the hair, which is a hell of a burden to lift off of me.
