changes the New moon armor stats to be more viable

Always wanted to use the New Moon Armor as my main armor because it looks so good on Geralt!
but sadly the New Moon got no defence vs Monsters so in Blood and Wine , monsters like barghest can two hit you .
i changed abit the New Moon Armor stats to make them more viable for Blood and wine , i used Manticore stats and kinda added them to the New Moon (see Pictures)
The Mod works for both NG and NG+ , Normal game got abit lower stats.
I tested the mod vs some barghest and now it takes like 4 hits instead of 1-2 , so now the armor is vaible and ready to go for BnW!

Installation :
simply put the mod folder in ur Witcher 3 Mods folder
