This mod contains swaps of various characters to Roche and Ves, but I'm a Iorveth person, so I made those swaps in order to use them with Iorveth mod by Holgar96. My swap mods are just redirecting various characters to use Roche\Ves model, and Holgar's mod edits Roche\Ves model directly changing them into Iorveth\Saskia.
So, don't download Holgar's Iorveth mod if you want to use Roche swaps as is, and install Iorveth mod if you want to swap Roche with Iorveth.

Scoia'tael in Toussaint optional file changes knights and soldiers into scoia'tael elves (man, and women) and dwarves at three liberated Hanse Bases in Toussaint (Arthach Palace Ruins, Mont Crane Castle, Fox Hollow Cave), all three human blacksmiths are swapped to Éibhear Hattori.

The Blue Stripes to Scoia'tael optional file changes Roche's people into Iorveth's elves (men only, no dwarves or women), Ortensio is swapped to Aegar from Ciri's Payback quest.

Hans of Cidaris Camp to Scoia'tael Camp optional file changes Hans and his men to scoia'tael elves and dwarves (Hans is changed into Aegar), they're involved into "Contract: The Creature from Oxenfurt Forest" optional quest and "Open Sesame!" Hearts of Stone main quest

Whom you can swap to Roche and Ves (to Iorveth and Saskia with Holgar's mod):
With Holgar's mod you can play as Iorveth by using Debug console extensions by SkacikPL — hideplayer command for hiding Geralt and Roche(1) command for summoning Iorveth's model — Iorveth will not have any facial expressions, though, because technically a console summoned face is just a mask.

• By the way, in The Witcher 2 you can swap Geralt with Iorweth\Roche\Letho\Foltest with 4 real guys mod by ParKan.
