I am not a modder. I just passed the last week trying to solve 2 problems with a mod I really like; "ESGO". The author doesn't support the mod anymore because he is working on The Enhanced Edition Mod, but luckily someone updated it. Unfortunately he did not respond to my comment. And no one answer my request on the forums, so I decided to do it myself.

The Problems
The first problem with ESGO is that Geralt do way too much damage with his fist.
The second problem is that the beasts are too strong. I could manage the bears, but the wolves and the wild dogs are stronger than any other enemy in the main game. I get killed every time I encounter them.

What The Mod Tries To Solve
I managed, after reading and reading and trying and trying and absolutely no help, to understand how modding works a little and I've made this first tweak. Now every opponents should have a lot more health during the fist fight mini-game. Also, they should do less damage than they were doing, making it more realistic. Has anyone watched boxing matches? They do not end after 4 or 5 hits.

While I was there, I also changed Yennefer's damage, but a really really small tweak. In the .xml file she was at "0.8", I put it to "1".

In the optional files, I changed Keira damage to be the same as Yennefer and Vesemir is now on "1.8" instead of "0.8". Didn't find any other allies in the original file.

Feedback
I haven't tested it for the entire game, so your feedback is welcome. Should work on New Game and New Game Plus.
If anyone can tell me how to change the beasts health, I would appreciated it very much. I know where in .xml file, but ESGO seems to override everything I change to the wolves, the wild dogs and the bears because of the scaling system. I wish they could scale way behind me or not at all.
