In-Game Options:

Level Scaling Menu

Enabled - Turns Level Scaling off or on.
Damage Normalization - TL : DR, Enemy damage was altered to provide a more smooth experience.
Scaled Experience - 'Off' Enemies provide unscaled experience. 'Hybrid' Enemies provide scaled experienced based on player level and enemy level. 'On' Enemies always provide full experience for their level.
Scale Normal Enemies - Will cause enemies the game does not tag as a boss/miniboss to scale to what you set in Level Bonus
Scale MiniBoss - Will cause enemies the game considers a miniboss. This is usually monsters that trigger the boss hp bar in the center of the screen or monsters guarding treasure.
Ignore enemies higher level than Geralt - This option will cause 'Scale Normal Enemies' and 'Scale Miniboss' to check if the enemy in question is lower than Geralt, then scale them as needed.
Randomized Level Range Normal Enemies - When enabled will cause normal enemies to be scaled between 'Level Bonus' and 'Level Bonus Minimum'.
Randomized Level Range Minibosses  - When enabled will cause Minibosses to be scaled between 'Miniboss Level Bonus' and 'Miniboss Level Bonus Minimum'.
Always Randomize - causes enemies to be granted a random level within the specified range if their respective options (Randomize level range for normal enemies or minibosses) is enabled.
Ignore Humans - Humans will not level scale while enabled.
Ignore Animals - Animals will not level scale while enabled.

DAMAGE NORMALIZATION INFO:
This feature causes damage to be reduced/altered depending on the amount received. This feature also drastically reduces the damage some creatures and enemies have when scaled. (Such as humans at high level). Long fights with this feature cause enemies to slowly deal more damage, but never more than the damage they would have caused before normalization. This feature drastically reduces the odds of being one shotted.

Smooth Scaling Menu

Enabled - Turns smooth scaling off or on.
Steel Sword Enemies Health per level (%) - For every level higher than Geralt, enemies that are fought with a Steel sword receive 'X' % * Level Difference to Geralt, bonus health.
Steel Sword Enemies Damage per level (%) - For every level higher than Geralt, enemies that are fought with a Steel sword receive 'X' % * Level Difference to Geralt, bonus damage.
Silver Sword Enemies Health per level (%) - For every level higher than Geralt, enemies that are fought with a Silver sword receive 'X' % * Level Difference to Geralt, bonus health.
Silver Sword Enemies Damage per level (%) - For every level higher than Geralt, enemies that are fought with a Silver sword receive 'X' % * Level Difference to Geralt, bonus damage.

SMOOTH SCALING INFO:
- If an enemy is 5 levels higher than Geralt and steel sword health per level and damage is at 5%, enemies would gain ~25% bonus health and damage for that 5 level difference. These bonuses cap at a 10 level difference, so this enemy would gain a max bonus of ~50%.
- Smooth Scaling removes the skull and massive bonuses enemies gain for a 6+ level difference to Geralt.

Enemy Bonus Menu (Applies to all submenus as well)

Enabled - Turns on the bonus for the specific enemy type selected.
Health Bonus (%) - Bonus health given to enemies in the specific type.
Damage Bonus (%) - Bonus damage given to enemies in the specific type.
